OK, I know it looks weak to give all 5-stars, but I just didn't see any area in which Dave was deficient in any way. He instantly answered our inquiry of interest. He quickly counseled us on how to best present our property to potential buyers. He had an open house the first weekend of our listing. He found contractors to address the deficiencies he noted, arranged for quick and reasonably-priced repairs and cleaning, and found a buyer at a price higher than I imagined would happen. And did I mention this happened in two week's time? He was professional and kept us in the loop at every step. I am pleased to heartily recommend his services.
