There are not words sufficient to describe the level of service David and his team have provided to my husband and I. He found us our dream home but before we could seal the deal David quickly sold our first home with less than a week on the market. He helped stage our old home and blanketed the buyers market. The 3D video and beautiful pictures brought the buyers in and he and his team followed up with those that came to our Open House. Listed on Thursday and sold by Wednesday! He made the selling process smooth and held our hand through the entire buying process. We had a mile-long list of concerns that David handled with care and professionalism. But it didn't end when the papers were signed and we got the keys...we had a few hiccups upon moving in ...David once again stepped up to the plate and handled every snafu with a level of caring that one rarely finds. Did I mention he was super sweet with my 2 year old? And that he came to our new home the first few days to make sure everything was ok. David has moved from "our realtor" to our friend and there is no one else we will ever trust with a sale or purchase.

The service level, response time, communication, and all around knowledge that David brought to the table is unmatched. He made the process of my finding our family a home not only satisfyingly easy but comfortable and safe. I feel I would be doing an in service to you the reader if I didn't tell you, your making a mistake if your choice isn't David.

Dave is amazing. First, he sold our house in less than 10 days for more than we thought we could get. Then he was able to get us our new house even after our offer wasn't accepted (and with multiple other offers pending) - the guy doesn't quit. He is professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. My experience with Dave as a realtor predates the Coastal Real Estate Group but Dave helped us buy our first home too and was awesome. Very helpful, held our hands through the whole process, took us to more houses than I can count to help appease my hard to please wife. Plus as the years have gone by, Dave has also been able to provide advice on mortgage issues that have arisen since the original purchase. Next time we sell/buy you can bet I'll be giving Dave a call again.

What crazy & wild ride we had and David was by our side the whole time! My wife and I purchased our first home and closed on Dec 31st 2013. During our process we visited countless homes and made a few offers creating a true journey through the Huntington Beach & Costa Mesa province.David was there the whole way showing up with short notice and getting comparable pricing in the local neighborhood so we could make a better decision for the purchase of our home. Although he is not superman he could be a close second to the Great American Hero! Well informed and easy to communicate with; I would recommend David to friends and family for sure. After we closed on our home we began to receive a monthly subscription to David's friendly neighborhood publication. My wife uses the recipes when she makes dinner in her new kitchen. David goes above and beyond for his clients. I recently had a very nice couple come through one of my open houses. They really liked the house and I was hoping they would write an offer and let my team represent them.A few days later I received an offer from them and they had selected David as their agent. While a little disappointed, I quickly realized that if they weren't going to be working with my team, I was very glad they were working with David. I work with lots of agents and it can be frustrating when the agent isn't professional, timely, or taking good care of their clients.David excelled throughout the entire transaction. The buyers wrote an offer contingent on the sale of their property. Even though David had a vacation planned, he hustled to get their home on the market quickly and made sure it looked its best so they would get multiple offers. Within about a week, they had accepted an offer on their home and we were able to keep the deal moving forward on their purchase.David was easy to work with as we went through inspections and buyers due diligence, but he was no pushover either. You could tell all his inspectors and vendors were very thorough and everyone had the buyers best interest at heart. Dave has been great! I selected Dave based off Yelp reviews, and I have not been let down. I found him for my mom who was selling her home in the Bay Area and then transitioning to Orange County. David is great at what he does. There is more to being a realtor that just getting the license. There's also experience that comes from years of work, and negotiation skills and then there's just being a kind person. David's got it all. Great realtor. great guy.

Dave helped us buy our first home this year and we wouldn't have been able to do it without him.He made the entire process much easier on us than it should have been. We were referred to Dave through a mutual friend when we had expressed an interest in purchasing a home in Orange County. Dave is the BEST realtor my husband and I have worked with! He's got a great sense of humor and really takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for.
