He spent almost a week straight tirelessly seeing house after house. It didn't stop once we found the house we wanted. David pushed it through all the way to the end of the purchase. David will take care of you, plain and simple. Having served in the Military, I ended up having to move away from the area all of the way across the country. Shortly after moving, some personal issues arose, and I was put into contact with David Guthrie. He was incredibly understanding of my situation, and his professionalism never stopped throughout the entire process. I remember at one point I had an HOA violation because of weeds, and David went and helped clear them! David Guthrie is a wonderful realtor! He was our realtor as we purchased our Tucson townhome, long distance. We were tremendously impressed with his efficiency in lining up inspections, his keeping us apprised of all procedures, his thoroughness in communicating with us and suggestions for services and tradespeople who who might be able to complete those services. Any documents and actions from David were thorough and complete. We were so impressed with David in handling our purchase we used him to handle the sale of another home for us. That home was in escrow within days of listing and sold for over asking price. Once again, David had great advise and helped us find tradespeople who could aid us in prepping the house for sale and kept us apprised of progress on the sale (we were again working long distance for part of the process) all the way through closing.
