David did a fantastic job selling our home! He paid attention to detail when we were preparing the house for sale. He made suggestions about how to arrange the furnishings so the interior of the house looked terrific. We were so happy that we did home and pest inspections prior to the house going on the market so we could address issues ahead of time. It was very smart of David to encourage us to do that. I would highly recommend David for selling or buying a home.

I met David approximately one year ago after deciding to sell my rental in Ukiah. I initially wanted to speak to 3 realtors before making a decision then select from the 3. I met with David for 1/2 hour and decided he was the guy. I don't claim to be an expert regarding judging someones character but I do have 45 years experience working working in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities system. This includes acute psychiatric admissions to residential care. I definitely would consider referring David to others and have already done so. They worked well with the house stager and the house sold after the first showing. I would recommend them.

We were referred to David by another agent and it was a match made in heaven. In 2015 we remodeled and sold a house, as well as bought a new house, and David represented us both times. He was very patient and accommodating, always ready to give advice and make suggestions but not pushy or aggressive. He was also extremely available to us, no matter what time of day or night.
