David Philipp

I love what I do! I get to help people make their dreams come true as we navigate the frothy waters surrounding the Real Estate market. I get to see amazing properties and best of all new clients often become old friends! With more than 20 years of success in sales and sales management nothing is more important to me than my reputation for honesty, integrity and hard work. If you choose to work with me I promise to bring these strengths to every aspect of our business relationship. As a resident of Sacramento these past 23 years I bring both a unique perspective and thorough knowledge about the communities in which I specialize. For the last 11 years I have lived and participated in the thriving Midtown area of Sacramento. My experience of living in and remodeling a 95+ year old craftsman has taught me much about both old homes and the remarkable quality of life that Sacramento's older neighborhoods afford their residents.
