- David listed, but didn't sell, my home
David is the evil twin of his wife Sue Poore Sue is about as unethical as it gets, she lists homes for sale in IBIS but does not tell the seller nor the buyer about the fees & dues much less the membership requirments for living in this community until it too late and your ready to go to closing. Furtermore having worked with her for a few months she never returns your calls, emails or messages leaving the seller in the dark. Stay far away and use another broker.
