I had been with two other realtors before David but was unable to get into a home because of my VA Loan. David never hesitated when he found out I had a VA loan. He took the time to look at properties for me and give me his personal and professional opinion on the home. Very informative and I learned a lot from him on real estate processes. David was always Available and made the effort to meet us to sign paper work. At the same time I was in the process if adopting a baby boy and had to fly to Chicago. While I was in Chicago David assisted me and made sure every thing was going smoothly. One note, I bid on a townhouse and after all the inspections and locking in a closing date my lender said the house was not a townhouse that it was a condo. VA has special approvals for Condos and this one was not approved. The lender dropped me after all contingencies were removed. So I was stuck. David helped me out and I cannot thank him enough. He did research calling his sources and found out that the property was a town house and that the classification needed to be changed. He did all that for me and also put me in contact with his lender and the rest was history. Was able to purchase the townhouse and close. I would recommend David to any one looking to buy a house. He will go above and beyond and make sure you are taken care of.

David recently helped us on the purchase of our new home in the bay area. David was very easy to reach for any questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the local housing market (very competitive), eventually locating property in the neighborhood of our choice. He helped us make a competitive offer with the use of our VA home loan benefits. Following the acceptance of our offer, David worked diligently to close escrow within the projected timeline.

We were new to the Bay Are and David was with us every step of the way from finding our first rental to finally purchasing our home. We couldn't be happier with David's work ethic, integrity, and overall good nature. He was even there when we signed the closing statements for our escrow. The officer helping us was surprised as she usually doesn't see agents after the deal has been closed. This just shows that David cares about ensuring that every step was comfortable for us.Another thing that truly impressed us was how he likes to get things done and his organizational skills. He was very prompt in his responses and very organized with his paperwork. No wonder we found our home in 6 months since moving to the Bay Area and closed the deal in less than a month.
