Deanna really did not help at all with this process other than writing up the contract. She works for her husband and really did not seem to have any knowledge of the market. I practically had to force her to submit my offer price because she said it was too low. I felt like she was representing the seller rather than me the buyer. As it turned out, the seller not only reduced their asking price to within 5K of my offer, almost 37K off their original asking price, but also gave concessions on closing costs of 8K as well. A total reduction of 45K!! She also failed to disclose the property was in a HOA, which I specifically was trying to avoid, only to find out at closing I was subject to HOA fees and had no choice to back out. A total disaster. I would never recommend her as an agent.

She did nothing to assist in my home purchase other than collect a commission check. I would never recommend her to any buyer or seller.
