Its been decades since I bought a home and things had changed so much. Honestly, I really did not want to go through the process, but I finally decided it was time to stop renting. Debbie helped me see the value in homeownership and we started looking for a home to buy- but that was easier said than done! I had some very specific criteria to fit my current needs and Debbie listened. My aging mother lives with me and I had to have a single level home near to my work to ensure her safety and comfort. Debbie helped me for several months and with much patience, she found the perfect home in the perfect location at a great price! With that said, she encouraged me to move fast. We immediately scheduled to see it the very first day it came on the market and she quickly wrote the offer. There was a lot of interest and multiple offers on the property. With Debbies guidance, we wrote a very strong offer and it was accepted! She walked me through the escrow and loan process, explaining the details so that I felt comfortable and confident in my decision to buy. I couldnt have done it without her constant encouragement, wise advice and LOTS of patience! Debbie has done a fantastic job finding me the right home at the right price. It was a lot of time and effort on her part taking me to look at many properties, but always stuck with me and made sure I got what I wanted. She made this purchase happen in short order with very little effort on my part. All is good and in less than 4 weeks, I am in my new house. Woo Woo!

We had never bought a home before, but our lease was coming due and we were ready to be homeowners. Debbie was so patient with us in showing many homes in many different areas around San Diego so that we could make a good decision. She helped us with finding a lender and helped explained the process to us. Once we found the one, she went above and beyond to make sure we got our offer accepted. There were two other offers but she advised us on how to win in this competitive market. Then the real magic happened! We needed to do FHA financing but the complex with not FHA approved. Debbie was able to work with the lender and get the entire complex approved so that we could close escrow on time and move out of our rental. I dont know how she did it, but we are very grateful for her experience and skills!

Debbie pays attention to details and is quick to bring new ideas to your attention. She knows the San Diego market extremely well. She listens to your needs and brings to the table relevant input and always does her best to make herself available to meet your availability. She definitely has a customer first attitude, going above and beyond time after time!

I was referred to Debbie from one of her previous clients who is a longtime friend of mine. I finally decided to make the move from Fargo, North Dakota back to San Diego. I knew I had to find the right house since this will probably be my last move but I had a small window of time to find that perfect place. My Fargo home just went into escrow and I was coming out to San Diego for just one month. My goal was to find a home during that time. She had an air mattress, blankets, and pillows waiting for me after my long drive. She also provided a moving kit boxes, change of address postcards, DMV forms and more. I dont know any other agent that does so much for her clients.
