Debbie helped us sell our house. She is definitely the best agent we could have ever asked for. We met other agents too before meeting her, choosing her to sell our house was definitely the best decision. She is very punctual of time, professional, polite and a great communicator. She always responded to all our questions and concerns on time and always kept us updated with the progress. When we met Debbie for the first time, all we had to do is tell our expectations in terms of sale price, time line and our safety. She listened to us very patiently, explained the entire selling process, showed us her recent listings to explain how she will be virtual staging and listing the house and how she will be keeping us safe from COIVD19 while showing the house to potential buyers. It was very impressive and she did exactly what she promised. Debbie is a great negotiator. We got multiple offers on day 1, some of them were below listing price and some were above. Debbie negotiated with potential buyers so well that within 3 days we got offer of 60K above listing price. She also made sure that buyers close the sale within 30 days. Debbie is a very hard working person. House inspector reported few plumbing issues in our house. Debbie arranged all the right people immediately and got the issues fixed within a day. We will always be thankful to her for what she did for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Debbie Sagorin sold our home in one week! Yes, one week! We were so impressed with how organized and knowledge she was about our area in Woodbridge. Debbie was extremely helpful in preparing our house to sell by scheduling stagers and making some minor repair recommendations to help sell quickly. She coordinated all the vendors to come and do the repairs and I didn’t have to make one call. Life saver! Debbie spares no expense at hiring the BEST professional photographer and videographer! The marketing was what really helped sell our home, especially during these times.
