I can't tell enough people what an amazing experience it was working with Deborah to purchase my home in Virginia Beach during the COVID pandemic. I relocated to the area in early 2020 and Deborah was there with me every step of the way and always available if I had any questions. She is knowledgeable, organized and, after our initial meeting, she new exactly what I wanted. I often say that because of her purchasing my home was easier than purchasing my last cell phone. To be perfectly honest, it was!

We would like to give a huge shoutout to our Realtor, Deborah Daniel. We could not have asked for better results. Jeff and I knew that one day we would move back to our home state of Kentucky after he had retired from military and civil service. These two made it so easy by putting our home up for sale and organizing a fantastic open house. Our house was under contract within 48 hours once it listed and the bid was well over the ask were offered and much more than we thought we would receive. They capitalized on every penny! Moving a couple of states away is hard enough but moving and trying to sell a house can get very nerve racking, but with Deborah and Ken on our side, they made it so easy. We didnt have to worry about anything but our move. Thank you both so much for being top notch at what you do and making our transition so much easier, we couldnt have done it without you both!!
