Sooo much was lost. We were charged for every dime that they could squeeze. Just a couple of notes: Mary Fisher and Debbie were supposed to be working on selling the house. Had to call Mary to get a sign out front, then remind them about the flyers inside. Debbie put the price higher than I thought but she was the “expert” so it sat for about six weeks. Lowered the price and saw some movement. When we got couple of offers, the one I went with came from Mary on a Friday afternoon. When I noticed she had had the offer for 10 days! Hurry, hurry on my part but the offer sat on her desk for 10 days?! I understand that some things take time but I worked very hard getting the house ready for sale. I know we aren’t the $300,000 customer, but I felt really neglected. We are buying another, selling another and looking for a flip. Relax will not get close to any of them.
