A relative passed away and I was responsible for liquidating and distributing the estate. To complicate matters, I live in Indiana so this would have to be accomplished long distance. I was named executrix of my brother-in-law's estate and met Debra and her assistant Katrice when his condo needed to be sold. Debra and her assistant met me at the property and provided us with all the information we needed for this probate sale. Although the sale seemed like a daunting undertaking, Debra's professionalism provided us with a seamless transaction. In addition to placing the property on the market, Debra provided us with the names of people to remove all the belongings in the unit, paint and re-carpet the unit and have a contractor provide miscellaneous service. What impressed me the most was the constant communication I received throughout the whole transaction. Having dealt with contractors before, I naturally mentally calculated 90 days. We listed in 20 days. We happened to list just after a market peak, but were nonetheless able to sell within a couple of weeks, at just below our asking price.We plan to use Debra again for our next sale.
