In 1995, my family bought our first home in San Lorenzo, CA. We knew very little about the complicated process of home-buying. All I can remember were: we loved the house (at first sight!), the neighborhood, its central location - in other words, things that are important to us. That's why we still live in that same house to this day! One more thing: being first-time home buyers that we were, our realtor could have given us a really good service that we deserve.
In 2006, I started working full-time as a licensed real estate agent.
