We met Denae Judd at an open house March 2012. We talked briefly about what we were looking for, neighborhoods, price and timelines. She sent an email followup almost immediately and thus began our spring/summer long relationship. Denae was always quick to respond to any listing we might find or hear about thru friends. She sent new listings several times a week. We would meet weekly and visit homes that fit our criteria. We looked at new and existing homes in 3 counties, Mon-Sun, rain or shine. We NEVER felt like Denae was hurrying us along or had somewhere else to be. As we toured homes together, we felt we had her full attention. She would often tour homes without us and give us feedback.
