This is my second reply. Denise Baker is a female agent. She was outstanding in understanding the type of property I wanted. I arrived in Florida on March 24, 2012, met within 2 days and immediately began viewing properties. I agreed to pursue the home on 5003 Deckard Ave. And even though the seller did not want to deal with a VA mortgage she convinced him to do so. I could not be more pleased with the professional, courteous manner in which Denise handled this real estate transaction. We closed and moved in, in less than two months May 25, 2012.
