Dennis was very helpful during our relocation to the Charlotte area. He listened to what we wanted for our home and location and was prepared on our search. We looked at a few homes in a few areas, then decided we would build. Dennis was with us every step of the way, he would check in with us if he had not heard from us in a while. He was there from looking at the contract during the initial visit to the walk through and closing, every agent should be so supportive and informative. Dennis not only helped with the purchase of our new home, he would listen and give us pointers in selling our old home in New Jersey. He always responded quickly whenever we contacted him via email or voice message. This is our third home and it was the smoothest transaction thus far.
