Diana was absolutely amazing to work with and I could not possibly recommend a better realtor for the Jacksonville, NC area. She worked as my realtor from October 2018 - February 2019. From the start, she was able to provide to me a detailed estimate of where we stood as far as how much she thought we could sell my home for and was able to explain it very well with regards to how that estimate fit with how the local market was doing. Diana's depth of knowledge with the entire process was apparent in that she was able to explain to me everything that would occur as we went through the sale in terms that I completely understood. As we proceeded through the closing, everything that was happening was very clear to me. Throughout the entirety of the sale, this gave me confidence that the sale would go smoothly and quickly. She was highly responsive and extremely flexible when it came to communicating with me. I was not local, and I travel a great deal for my work, and she was highly accommodating when it came to ensuring that my questions were answered in a timely manner. She was also very good about communicating any actions or changes that were occurring throughout the process. She was very easy to reach by text at nearly all times of the day and if she was not able to speak on the phone immediately, she would always call or text within a couple of hours. As far as the negotiation of the sale price of the home, she was very clear on what she thought we could do in order to get as close to my desired sale price as possible as we went through the process. Lastly, I would like to say that this entire stressful experience was made much less stressful because of Diana. She was always confident, upbeat, and the attention she showed to my sale made it seem like that I was her most important client. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We worked with Diana a few years ago and when our house wouldn't sale she pointed us in the direction of a property management. When our tenants moved out a couple of months ago, we reached out to Diana again and this time she sold our house! It was a relief to have a person we could trust because we currently live across the country. She worked on our behalf in every way we needed her to.
