Dianna Lurkens

I moved to Punta Gorda in 1995 after visiting my great-aunt in Harbour Heights, a waterfront community on the Peace River here in Charlotte County. The natural idyllic waterways and water life enhanced by the historical charm of downtown Punta Gorda lured us away from Kentucky. Our children grew up here attending Sallie Jones Elementary thru Charlotte High School to graduating from Edison College and continuing at Florida State University. As a family we have participated in the arts, drama, several different sport teams, as well as FFA programs and hog sales at the county fair. I obtained my Florida Real Estate License in 1999. I studied the waterways and expanded my knowledge of this vast and diverse county. This was a definite change from my real estate sales in Kentucky (1986 - 1997) where my knowledge of daily crop and livestock prices was the basis for farm sales. The love of ...
