Dale “D.J.” Slivka was born and raised in near Cleveland, Ohio. When he has 18, he moved to Tennessee to attend college at Lee University. He started his career in the Post-Acute and Long Term Care Industry before moving to Real Estate in late 2021. He comes from a background of 9 years in Healthcare and brings his experience in leading large teams to successful customer service to bear when working with his real estate clients. D.J. attended Lee University and earned a Bachelors of Arts in Healthcare Administration, and his skills in Organizational Leadership give him a unique insight into how to create the best experience for his clients. D.J. entered the Real Estate world in order to pursue entrepreneurship. He has worked in the corporate life for long enough to understand that the only person that will pay you something worth your time is yourself. He is very focused on making sure his family comes first. D.J. is marred and lives in Piney Flats, TN with his wife, 4 kids and dog. He spends his free time outside playing with his kids, golfing or working out.
