Don did an outstanding job of negotiating us an offer we never expected. He is very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process from listing the home to closing. The photography Don provided for our house was excellent! It made our home stand out from the competition, resulting in a great deal of traffic on the first day and multiple offers received that evening. Don initially helped us search existing homes in Georgetown, but deciding to build ended up being the best option for our family. Don helped us purchase a beautiful lot with an incredible view near Lake Georgetown. Don's knowledge of residential construction and his builder contacts have been invaluable to us in this process. Also, I'm not sure when this guy sleeps but he's always available to talk, day or night. Thanks to Don we will soon be starting to build our dream home on our new lot. From day one, Don had my best interest at heart, was very responsive to my calls/texts/emails, and was very knowledgeable when it came to the legalities of real estate which made the process much easier.
