Don was a horrible realtor. I found my home myself through an internet search. Don did not negotiate terms for me. The house was empty for a year, yet he did not negotiate the price down - I truly don't think he tried to. He did not hold the seller accountable for the inspection items that were supposed to be rectified before closing. I was a 1st time buyer, yet I had to pay all the closing costs. I was in a time crunch for finding a home (and would have been fine renting), yet Don was high pressure, fast moving, and did not work for my best interest. In fact, I rented the house for the 1st 6 months, yet he did not negotiate to subtract the 6 months rent from the sales price. Absolutely terrible experience! I would not recommend him to anyone. In fact, I would warn people to steer clear.
