Don is a seasoned professional who provides great service. With his help our house sold in six days for over the asking price.Before choosing Don I interviewed several agents. While all showed up with a proposal and comparable prices of homes nearby, Don was the only one who had a thorough checklist of items to discuss. Very organized. Also, his estimate of the house value "as is" was more accurate than the others. His recommended budget for preparing the house for sale was the most reasonable, and it proved to deliver the best return on investment.After selecting Don, throughout the sale process he communicated well, responded to calls, texts and emails very promptly. He always followed up. I found him collaborative, and easy to work with. I'm glad I implemented his recommendations.

We are first time home buyers, and feel so lucky for working with Don as our realtor. His 30 years of experience showed in every step of the way, and I can safely say that without his guidance we were still looking right now.Don figured out our specific situation and pointed us to the right house which we didn't consider before, but turned out to be the perfect fit for us.He advised us on how much to offer after figuring out exactly how much the seller expected, and insisted we get in with all 3 contingencies, and we got the offer accepted!He then suggested few inspections we should do and scheduled few for us, attended all of them with us and advised, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and his suggestions got us a nice seller on closing, which helped a lot!Throughout the entire process he was very available and answered all questions we had. He was on top of everything and kept making sure things are on track. When viewing homes he always came prepared with a lot of printed info about the houses, before making an offer he got us a lot of valuable information from the sellers agents regarding how many offers the seller expected, how much over they are expecting, if the have all cache offers, etc. When those homes were sold he immediately updated us with the selling price so we know what prices to expect going forward.I cannot recommend Don enough, he exceeded all of our expectations. We were so lucky to be working with him!

Working with Don made a sad situation better than I could imagine. I needed to sell my moms house after she passed away, he was very knowledgeable and experienced with selling other houses in the neighborhood, he was kind and compassionate and gave me great suggestions on fixing the house. Buying or selling in the Bay Area you should call Don before anyone else, we sold over listing price and that I attribute to Don.

Don is a dynamo. He arranged EVERYTHING in the sale of our house and we could not be happier. He is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble he is a one man cheering section for his clients he is always cheerful and suggests alternative ways of doing things. Punctual and all documentation is perfect and easy to understand. He always outlines what has to be done and priced it out for our approval before he goes ahead with any additional work such as painting, removing rubbish, lifting carpets or staging the house for sale etc. Listened to our wishes and carried them out promptly and completelyWe highly recommend him.
