My wife and I found Don through Zillow and are so happy we did. He is very knowledgeable and was always available (day or night) to answer our questions. He was even kind enough to help us prepare an offer on X-mas Eve when we found the perfect home and didn't want it to get away. This was our very first home purchase and although we don't have anything to compare it to, I highly doubt it could have gone any smoother and that's all thanks to Don. We moved from out of state which had challenges; however, Don was able to successfully meet all of our needs. He was extremely patient with us and provided honest and useful information. Don was extremely detail oriented and worked through all of our time constraints and limitations with professional expertise. We had a very unique situation where we were building our new home and needed to be able to rent back our home we were selling. His expertise allowed us to negotiate a rent back that would allow our family to not be uprooted between moves. I also had a dog onsite during the sales process and through Don's help was able to get the dog out of the house without being inconvenienced for showings. Additionally, with any request we had along the way, Don was extremely attentive and responsive to all communications throughout the stressful process.

Don represented my wife and I with the purchase of our new home in 2015 and the sale of our previous one in 2016. He is a real estate professional. During our search for a larger place, Don's knowledge of neighborhoods was especially helpful. We actually likened him to a chameleon because of his ability to seemingly disappear while inside of a home he was showing and then reappear whenever we had a question. His answers were always spot on and it was apparent he had done his homework the night before. Don always allowed us to reach a decision on our own and never tried to "sell" us a particular home. Once we found what we were looking for, his negotiating skills resulted in a much lower price than we anticipated. By nature, his demeanor is easy going with strong doses of patience and confidence. He deftly guided us through the rough spots, never raised his voice and provided us with the expertise to weather the storm. To be blunt, selling a house is an emotional experience. At one point, we were going to give up on the negotiation with a potential buyer. Don quietly explained some possible negotiation alternatives and convinced us to keep trying to find a common ground with them. We agreed and they eventually bought the house. In our home, we have a name for individuals like Don. We say "he's good people."
