Donna Nordby

Remarkably Experienced and Trusted RealtorWe live out of state and needed a realtor that would be there for us during the selling of the property. We searched the internet and interviewed top three realtors from our list. We are so glad that we found Donna Nordby. Donna is a very delightful person to work with. We had the house completely remodeled before it went on the market. Its not easy working with contractors remotely. Each time we hit a wall, Donnas expertise and guidance helped us hurdle the wall and forge on. Donna has gone way above and beyond throughout the entire engagement. She even staged the house and made it looked like one of the HGTV model homes. Its truly our pleasure to have Donna representing us. We could not have hoped for a better realtor. We hope for those who are searching for a realtor to buy or sell can benefit from her wealth of expertise and resources. You cannot find a better realtor who has as much experience and with such a high caliber as Donna.

Donna sold our house for more than we thought we'd get!Donna was absolutely incredible to work with. Not only did she create a beautiful staging and online presence of our house, but she literally cared for the property while it was on the market and we had moved out of state. There were huge wind storms in Santa Rosa and our property was riddled with large branches that had fallen. Donna brought her friends and family over and cleaned it up so we could stay on time with our closing. That's only one example of the many times throughout the process that she went above and beyond for us.
