Dorothy was excellent to work with! We decided to sell our house in AZ after renting it for several years. We called several realtors in the area and she called us back personally within minutes. Other realtors had a representative return our call. I didn't care for that. I personally would like to talk to the person I was selling such a large asset with and ultimately giving them a decent sized commission to. For us, who haven't lived in the area for awhile, she had a wonderful contact list of professional handymen from painters, flooring and roofers to help us freshen up the house a bit. All reasonably priced. She hired a professional photographer before we listed it and even had a couple of rooms virtually staged to help prospective buyers envision their dream home. This is great for those who are trying to sell a vacant home!

Working with Dorothy was a pleasure! She connected us with an amazing mortgage lender and after meeting with us, she showed us neighborhoods that would accommodate our needs. She answered all of our questions (yes, even the dumb ones) and was always available when we needed her.
