Doug Yopp

Following 13 years in higher ed fundraising and development, I made the leap into real estate. After three years as a top producer at another firm, I decided to open my own shop. My grandfather owned a one man firm - Oceanaire Realty - in Eastern North Carolina, and I brought the name back when I started. Our offices are in Holly Ridge and Raleigh, NC. I attended UNCW and NC State University, finishing my bachelor's degree in 2000 and my master's in 2003. Since opening my focus has been connecting with dynamic and motivated individuals who strive to build relationships and provide value to help others reach their goals.
