We had a terrible experience working with Towson Real Estate Services, Inc. They executed a rental agreement with our tenant without attaining our final approval of the details of the lease. As a result, all the conditions we wanted included in the lease were excluded. This group also charged us repeat handling fees up to $150 for unnecessary charges. They held our rent payment for over one month and only released it after numerous heated conversations. The most ridiculous thing that happened was that they refused to let us terminate our contract with them, even after we sent them a voided lease between them and our renters. We reached out to this group trying to simplify our life, instead we were met with unprofessional, rude behavior that actually made the whole situation very stressful for our family. Run away form this group, Drew McQuaid in particular, as fast as you can!

Drew called me after a credit check of Me and my girlfriend. He began to ask for all of my bank account statements and screen shots were ok. As he began to dig deeper I felt much more uncomfortable in dealing with him. He also said that he needed 100$ to come see our dog and that there was no paperwork associated with seeing our dog. He described how he would "not smack our dog around" but he would move aggressively towards it. The numbers that he was giving me changed over the course of the day and we were getting mixed information throughout the whole process. I didn't even feel comfortable having this guy come visit my house and family. As a couple My girlfriend and I pull in over 100k a year and he said he was worried about us being able to afford a 1200$ a month townhome. Overall, this guy just seems like a slumlord who preys on people with extra fees and makes them pay by causing them to feel uncomfortable

Truly the biggest jerk in the business. He has no class and absolutely no professionalism. I hope he reads this and the other reviews that all seem to reflect his true character.
