Ed is knowledgeable, patient, wise, and incredibly funny. He was with us through the whole process of solving some legal problems with our house and the local codes, selling the house, and buying our new one giving us ideas, recommendations, and steering us to our 'needs' list. He kept us calm during the whole process and in a little over eight weeks all legal problems were fixed, the house sold and we bought our new one.
