As a first-time home buyer, I feel like I hit the jackpot with Elizabeth. It was the luck of the draw that paired me with her through Zillow following a spontaneous inquiry I made. I had no way to know what to expect, however, once I began to look for a new home in earnest with my partner, Elizabeth was with us and available for every step of the way. She is aces when it comes to industry and procedural knowledge, and even more, she is kind, incredibly patient, and has a witty and wry sense of humor which eased the whole process. I feel so fortunate to have found her, particularly by chance, and could not recommend Elizabeth more to anyone looking to buy, whether it's your first time or not, and especially during this crazy market!

I can't recommend Elizabeth enough!! Before meeting her, I was searching for a home for nearly 7 months with no luck in one of the craziest housing markets I have ever seen. I had put several offers and got beaten out every single time. Enter Liz! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and what it takes to land a home. She was incredibly patient with me as a first time homebuyer, unbelievably responsive to my multitude of questions, and within just 1 month, she helped me find and land my dream home! She walked me through the entire escrow process step by step and was so incredibly helpful and sweet throughout the entire process. She's amazing!

Wow. Im almost never inspired enough to write reviews about services, but Elizabeth Alligood is exceptional in every sense of the word. We recently purchased our first property, and Elizabeth made what can be a daunting endeavor very streamlined and stress-free. We fell in love at first sight with our home, and once we shared with Elizabeth how much we loved it she confidently responded, I can get you this house. She thoroughly explained the next few steps and worked around the clock to ensure our offer was approved. I wrongfully assumed that the realtors responsibility ends after the offer is accepted, but that only seemed to be the beginning of the work! Elizabeth continued to work hard to make sure that closing, our mortgage, and the move went as smoothly as possible. When we hit a few bumps along the way, she was an incredible advocate to ensure that all issues were rectified. Even after moving in, Elizabeth still remains accessible and extremely prompt at responding to communications, and she continues to offer to her help. I cant imagine a more ethical, sincere, and harder working realtor than Elizabeth, and I will be referring all friends and family members to her whenever they are looking for a home in the LA area!

My review for Elizabeth is long overdue!! But if you are looking for an agent who will be on your side guiding you, supporting you, answering any questions (we had a lot as first time buyers) and truly looking out for your best interest all the way through closing, Elizabeth is most definitely your agent. No doubt! She does not only bring her experience as an agent, she also has lending background, which comes in super handy when your lender doesnt really put you as a priority (our case sadly). She knows when to push and when to push harder to get the process moving along. From the time we met Elizabeth, she never hesitated to answer any questions and share resources to be as informed as we could entering the process for buying our first home. My then boyfriend (now fianc) and I spent countless hours house hunting and when we finally decided we wanted to place an offer for a home, Elizabeth informed us they had just accepted an offer and had changed the status to pending. We continued looking but the comparison was always to that one house. Little did we know the previously accepted offer fell through and it was back on the market! We immediately texted Elizabeth and right away she messaged the sellers agent to get our offer in. About a week later we got the call from her informing us our offer was accepted!! While we had several set-backs dealing with our lender, Elizabeths lending background helped us navigate through the process and she truly fought for us to get things moving along. We completely owe making it all the way through closing to her persistence and winning attitude. You need someone like her on your team. She even ended up getting an offer from our lenders boss! Trust me, shes that good. Even after closing she continues to check in. Weve recommended her to our friends and family and of course will remain our friend/agent when we decide to upgrade.
