- Eric helped me buy a home
Horrible experience! Ask him to look for new houses and keep giving us search results of old houses from MLS. When we found a new home from KBHome, he asks for a cut and promised to give back1.5% ($5000) of the commision. Anyway he negotiate with us and only willing to give back $500 and eventually not giving a dime to us. Not sure why he did that but he missed my new house commision and all my friends referals. Highly not recommended!!!
