Erik Larson

We are in the process of selling our rental home. Erik has been excellent in his customer service, his knowledge, and his advice. His connections with service businesses has saved us a great deal of time and money.

Erik Larson was the greatest agent we have ever done business with. He is really on top of everything, professional and efficient. He helped with purchase of home as well as navigating the sale of a tricky short sale. He knows everything about real estate and loans.

Erik and his team have represented our family in multiple real estate transactions. Every transaction has been executed seamlessly, flawlessly and with the utmost professionalism and expediency. we highly recommend his representation in any type of real estate transaction.

Erik sold my house and then helped me buy another house. He closed both sales within a few days of each other. He was great to work with and is a great communicator. He worked around my crazy work schedule so I continue to refer business to him because of his flexibility and work ethic.

Erik helped us sell our house after a job transfer. Not only did he sell the home fast, but he took care of everything from start to finish. He made it very simple for us as we signed documents electronically, he sent us regular updates and unlike our last agent, Erik made the process stress free for us. We highly recommend Erik to anyone who is interested in selling their home
