If you are looking for the best of best in lehigh valley, you gotta have Faith!!! We are so thankful to have her on our side. Started working with her in the mid of the buying process due to a family emergency of my original realtor. Never thought buying our first home could be just stress-free until we met Faith. It is unfair to only give 5-stars to the skills that Zillow is listing. Faith went above and beyond her duty as a realtor and gave us everything we need. If you hire Faith, the only person you need to contact is her and she would take care of anything you can possibly think of. She even worked at weekend night to get things right for us! And, if you think a realtor stops representing your interest after closing, you are wrong. Faith worked really hard to make sure nothing left behind after the settlement.

Not only does she possess all the qualities you could hope for in a real estate professional (extensive local knowledge, responsiveness, accessibility, etc.) and is genuinely dedicated to her clients, but her personality will put you at ease in what potentially could be a stressful time. She has the rare gift of listening to her clients needs and exceeding their expectations. To be honest, we had an "idea" of the qualities we were looking for to have a "home" instead of a "house", and Faith was patient and insightful to make this happen. I do not think you can have a better real estate professional than Faith.

I had Faith as a realtor to buy my first home, and sell my first home. I would have had her help me buy my second home but it was across the country. I wish I could have taken her with me. When faced with the challenge that I needed to sell my house with a quick turn around, Faith made an action plan to market the house appropriately, house sold within days on the market, which was a huge relief. As someone who doesn’t know much about the ins and outs of buying homes, I always felt safe and trusted that Faith was doing her best for me in every transaction. I think that is a hard experience to find in any transaction let alone in the largest transaction of your life.
