Karen is an amazing realtor!!! She was able to get us a reasonably priced home during one of the hardest times to buy a house. She was driven and attentive to get our offer in. After our offer was approved, she went out of her way to get all of the inspections and paperwork in. Karen also was very understanding and was able to work around our busy schedule. I have never meat a Real State person, who was so personable so involve with the client. We were introduced to Karen through a good friend of ours who had bought a home with her advice. In our first interaction itself we were awed by the methodical way Karen took us through the entire process of home buying delving into necessary details. She understood our mindset and was very personable to interact with.When we finally began our journey she was very aggressive and was in regular contact with us to guide us throughout - be it ensuring that we see home every weekend, shortlisting homes meeting our criteria, helping us think about the pros and cons as we looked at each home and most of all assuring us that we need not be in a hurry and that we will just know when the right home comes by. Karen is absolutely amazing! My husband and I bought our first home, a condo with Karen as our real estate agent and she knew exactly what she was doing! We ran into many bumps in the road in trying to get this condo but because Karen was so willing to help and so awesome, we got our dream condo! We were living in it for a couple years and Karen answered any questions we had before, during and after we sold this condo. We sold this condo with Karen as out real estate agent as well and she did a phenomenal job as usual!! I absolutely love Karen and am happy to say she is now one of our friends!
