Let me begin my review by telling everyone about my situation. I used a VA loan, right off the bat this makes everything more difficult. Especially in a sellers market. My wife and I are two of the pickiest people you will meet when it came to our wants/needs in a home. Not to mention our wants/needs list didn't even align the way they should. During the entire home search I felt I was making Ferryl find a needle on a haystack. She did not lose hope on us once! She was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I had a great line of communication with Ferryl and her team. She laid everything out on the table and guided us every step of the way. I truly believed my family's well being was safe in her hands. She doesn't sugar coat, she's upfront and honest, and she wants you to find the best home for you family. I would be doing a disservice to not mention one of her most endearing attributes. I have been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Ferryls knowledge of residential construction blew me away. From foundation to roofing and everything in between i was honestly shocked at how vast her knowledge on home building was. It is very rare that you can talk to a real-estate agent about load bearing studs, sub flooring, and water heaters. Her expertise in the industry, home construction, and the home buying process was the best I have ever experienced. She helped me and family find our dream home and I will never hesitate on decided who to refer when my friends and family decide to buy or sell.
