Frank did amazing dealing with my psychotic ex husband who listed the house well below market value just so he could make sure neither of us profited off the sale of the home. He engaged in abusive behavior with frank Kenny and his office and the entire time they were amazing, patient, got us through to closing and then the little bit of gains we received went to my ex husbands attorneys account where he kept the money illegally even though the court awarded it all to me because my ex hadn’t paid his attorneys fees... so, while the whole situation was a living nightmare, frank kenny and his staff, especially Brandon, were beyond amazing!
Frank and Vin were amazing. I had a very sensitive situation around my home sale and selling my home was a situation I avoided for some time. When it became very evident that it was necessary to sell my home, I began the process of fielding agents. Frank responded to an inquiry and after explaining my situation, Frank assured me that he would be able to handle the situation.We listed the house on July 1st and closed escrow by August 12th! The sale went smoothly and we got significantly above asking price. Frank and his team handled all the details for us and made it so smooth for me to concentrate on the process of moving. I would highly recommend Frank and Vin to anyone who is interested in getting the most out of their house sale with the least amount of hassle!
