From day 1 of my real estate career, I was working with buyers. I know, all the Gurus say "Listings are the name of the game", and granted, you can carry 100 listings at one time without breaking a real sweat. But, try and work with more than 10 active buyers at the same time? You might as well committ yourself to the looney bin 'cause there's no way you could give a high level of service and care to that many buyers at once! And, even though I tried, in the past, to try and devote more of my time and effort towards becoming a listing agent, I'd always find myself coming back to what I think I do best, and what I enjoy most--working with Buyers.
