Gabrielle Dahms

I moved to San Francisco in late 2011. Gabrielle helped me find a beautiful home at a price I could afford. I'm impressed with her services and hope to work with her again.

Gabrielle is knowledgeable about the market in San Francisco, both in terms of price and in terms of potential buyers. She listed our Edwardian flat at the right level and then marketed to the group that would be interested. She is also experienced and knowledgeable about bringing a sale to close on behalf of the seller. She is honest, but a strong negotiator. She is pleasant, diligent, and hardworking. She did an excellent for us and I highly recommend her as a seller's agent.

Had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle on a recent purchase transaction where the borrower was a relocating international client. Transaction was complex and thanks to Gabrielle's hard work and team spirit we were able to work together to meet the required timeline to close the transaction! Gabrielle was a pleasure to work with. She was very organized, detail oriented and always quick to respond. Highly recommend her!
