Garnet Eversole

Garnet is the absolute best! She is patient and understanding of the buyer’s needs and settles any qualms about the purchase. She loves her job and enjoys showing homes and is willing to show the buyer every listing available if you want! We cannot speak highly enough about her! No regrets working with her!

Garnet is not only a realtor, she becomes a friend, always friendly and gracious, We met Garnet when I called her on a Sunday afternoon to see if I could on a whim see the house at 26640 Racquet Circle, that she had listed with Four Star. I left her a message, she returned my call and as I was by myself visiting my son in Winter Garden, I asked a friend to go with me.. I liked the house, we set a time for my husband to come see it, as we lived in Trenton, Fl. 100miles north. She was so accommodating. Needless to say she was ready for us to put in a purchase offer, which we did. Her next phone call to us was that the purchase offer was accepted, and her job started and for us it was "painless" we were in our home less than 6 weeks. Since she lived in Highland Lakes at the time, we would see Garnet at other homes that she was selling, and her realtor signs are well known. Garnet is a lovely lady, and admired very much.
