It's my job to provide the highest quality service available today, and my website is only the beginning. My experience in the Real Estate industry started in 1972, joining my father's firm, Leonard R. Nix Real Estate. Initially focusing on residential sales, I honed my skills and expanded my experience to become a charter member of the Certified Residential Specialist, a coveted designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors. In 1974, I earned my Broker's License and two years later assumed ownership of the firm. In the mid 1980's I became increasing active in commercial and income property sales. Give the ever burgeoning demands of the wine industry, I also enjoyed success in sales of vineyard properties.
