Gene Simmons

Gene and Heather Simmons were the realtors for the former owner of our home. Gene did a great job of helping us as well. We were just visiting Robson Ranch spotted this home that we planned to build someday because we loved the style. Here it was built already! Gene had his" For Sale " sign in the yard so we called him. He came and showed it to us and the next thing we were signing the papers for our new home. It is now two years later and we still love it!! John and Barb Punzo

Gene was very accommodating when I got lost on the 347 and missed my turn while going to meet him to see my future home. Gene was patient and redirected me. Gene helped me negotiate the best price and the home became mine.
