    • Exceptional service and a true TEAM of professionals -My wife and I were in the Cary-area for 6-days, and needed a realtor in short notice to sell our townhouse. We already interviewed two others and were not completely satisfied with the other prospects or their strategy to sell the home. We called Raleigh Cary Realty -George Wilson's team on the 5th day, told them our situation. They were there within the hour for the initial walk through and discussion. My wife and I needed no other interviews, we had our realtor. We agreed on price, fix-it checklist, a strategy, and handed them the keys.What happen next was even more fascinating. Within the week, they had the fix-it list completed by their team of professional contractors and the property listed. They stayed in contact with us the entire time via email and phone. Early the following week, the property was under contract. Communication during the negotiation process was superb and we stayed on track with our agreed strategy to the end with no pressure to change it.
