Exceptional service and a true TEAM of professionals -My wife and I were in the Cary-area for 6-days, and needed a realtor in short notice to sell our townhouse. George Wilson and his team were fantastic in helping me prepare and sell my townhome. They had previously been managing the townhome's rental, and after the last tenant vacated they coordinated the getting the townhome cleaned, a few small repairs taken care of, photographed the house and listed it for sale. When the house went up for sale and received an offer they worked with me to guide me through my first time selling a house and made the process easy. Throughout the entire time they were always quick to answer my questions with helpful answers. I was living in another state at the time so their help was as crucial as it was comprehensive.
