- George helped me buy a home
A trusted friend recommended George as our buyer’s agent, so we put our full faith in him without question. After closing, we were devastated to learn that commission rebates are a common practice—something George never disclosed. He took 2.5% and told us not to worry, yet later offered rebates when trying to be our listing agent. When we asked why he hadn’t told us before, he vanished. We felt betrayed and heartbroken. We do not recommend George unless you’re well-versed in real estate and willing to risk unfair losses.
