Gina is very thorough in her research of local properties that helped reaffirm our target listing price when we sold our house. The attention to detail and amount of time documenting the property with pictures she was able to use in the online listing made a real difference in being able to sell quickly. Within the first 48 hours of the listing being posted we had five showings and two offers. She was very prompt with her responses to our questions even after normal business hours. If we ever return to the area we would definitely use her services again.

My husband and I were very happy to be directed toward Gina by USAA's Home Circle service. Home buying has changed a lot due to the housing crisis. So many documents to initial and sign, but Gina got us through all the seller ones just fine. She was available through email and kept us updated of all that happened in the process. I met Gina early in 2010 when we decided to move back to Ohio from Berryville VA to be closer to family. She scheduled open houses and set up many showings. We first contacted Gina a little over a year ago when we wanted to move from Sterling Virginia to Winchester Virginia. She came to our home and gave a very professional presentation on how she would go about selling our home and helping us to buy a new home in the location we wanted. She did such a good job helping us with the listing that we got numerous offers during the first day. Despite the banks not offering FHA loans the house was sold for what we where asking from one of those offers. She also helped us navigate the pit falls and how to pick the best offer in terms of not just how much money was offered but in addition the chances of the contract having no issues. Then in the purchase of the house we are in now she was equally as attentive to detail. She helped us deal with a seller who had priced the house above market value so that we could buy the house with what we had.
