Do NOT use this real estate agent, she is as bad as they come! She was the listing agent for the property we rented and was TERRIBLE! When we got relocated to a new state Ginger agreed with the home owner that if the home was listed and rented, they would let us out of our lease. I took ALL the photos MYSELF and did the showings, and Ginger promised that the seller would refund half a months rent if the new renters signed their lease by the time we moved out. I know for a fact that they did… and still, she did NOT stand behind her promise. I also filled all the holes in the walls from out photos and told her that the paint that was left behind didn’t match, she urged me not to worry about it, then CHARGED me to have the property repainted after we moved out! Landlords are responsible for repainting a property, and should expect normal wear and tear! I am shocked at how two faced this agent is, save yourself the heartache!
