She did a good job of helping us get our home as we saw it for sale and she was able to help us with what was needed to purchase the home.

She is very rude, she makes promises and doesn't keep them. Repairs take forever and she doesn't care if you are living in an unsafe home. She lies to keep you from complaining. I can't believe this lady still has a job. She treats renters terriibly. DO NOT RENT OR BUY WITH GINGER!

If you've ever worked with someone that you would best describe as "tenacious" and the type of person who you never have to worry whether or not she's on your side, this is the person that you're looking for. Her no nonsense approach was second to none & ability to do what she says that she's going to do when she says that she's going to do it were nothing short of incredible! This person works tirelessly for her clients!

Ginger does not communicate with her clients. During a recent closing on our property she was no where to be found. The title company walked us through the process, she did take her percentage of the sale though. She was the most absent realtor we have ever dealt with. Doesn’t answer calls for days, sometimes not at all. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
