Gloria went above and beyond in selling my house! She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She contacted a roofer she was familiar with who came out, took photos of my roof proving hail damage. While he was there he called my insurance company and filed a claim for me. Insurance company paid for new roof which helped tremendously with sale of house. I had three offers at the same time which Gloria oversaw, so I got my asking price! I needed to get pods and she arranged all of it and when it was necessary to get an additional pod at the last minute, she took care of it. Gloria was there when they picked up the pods, I wasn't able to be there. There was a problem with one of the pods,because I had the keys to the lock, she followed them to their base so they could cut the lock off, fix problem and put new lock on it! I highly recommend Gloria to anyone wanting a job well done!
