Hi, This is a long due review of one of the best realtors one could ask for! We recently moved into our new home in Pleasanton and our journey was made super-smooth by Gowthami. We were going through a not-so-great experience with our previous realtor, and were on the fence as to whether we should switch realtors or just keep going. That's when we ran into Gowthami and we were impressed right on our first day touring the open houses with her - her attention to detail, the amount of hard work she was putting into really understanding our needs was outstanding! One of the things that really made me comfortable dealing with her is the fact that she will not "dictate" the number that you should be offering on a particular house - that decision is totally yours as per your comfort level. And once you decide on that number, she will put in her 100% to get the deal. And she always said - "it's okay if you don't get this one. There will always be more houses, but you should not regret after buying the house that you went over your budget by a huge amount". That just brought down the anxiety of buying in this crazy bay-area real estate market! That shows that she is genuinely interested in getting you a good house and not just her commission! So we got our dream home with all the details taken care of by a thorough, professional and hard-working realtor!
