Greg Celotti & Candi Athens are a brother - sister team. They are amazing. Afer the first meeting with them, we knew they are the right ones. They came acrooss as not only professional & knowledegeable about the area, but also charming. They understand our needs and budget. What we most appreciated about Candi is that she is super responsive. She is always there to accompany us to see open houses and listen to us patiently. During the night of the initial bid, Candi was up with me till past 11PM, handling documents for us. What we most appreciated about Greg is that he is very upfront about everything including the negatives of the houses no matter how crazy we feel about them. When it came to making an offer, they are simply the best. Greg's price estimates were consistently in the right range. In the end, we got our dream house (mediterian style house with arch door upon a hill with a great bay view) even though we are NOT the highest bidder. That is unbelievable. They helped us build a very strong and clean offer. We highly recommend them to any buyer.
