As first time home buyers, my husband and I felt uncertain and at times uninformed in the buying process. Greg was helpful every step of the way; always responsive and available to answer our questions (days, nights, and weekends). When viewing homes, Greg helped us understand the strengths and weaknesses of the properties; he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home that best met our wants and needs. Greg helped us buy our house. He took us wherever we found a house we were interested in with no complaints. We looked from Wake Forest to Holly Springs.Greg had no agenda. He told us several times that if we walked in and immediately hated the house we would turn around and leave, which happened several times. Greg also had no problems calling our attention to issues with the house during walkthroughs. He did not do this to dissuade in any way, but to provide more information on our decision process. that was much appreciated.When we finally choose the house we wanted to offer on he was instrumental in helping us make the offer. The offer was countered by the home owner, but the counter was very reasonable.Greg made all paper super easy to deal with via email and digital signing. He was very quick to respond to questions and even took the initiative to ask some clarification questions about items in the home disclosure forms. He really showed he was looking out for our interests in this purchase. Greg was also quick to correct any errors in paper work without complaint. These were minor errors like a misspelling or a single piece of information being incorrect.Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg as a buyers agent to anyone, nor would I hesitate to contact Greg if I have any future real estate needs.

Before deciding on working with we had met with a few other people who wanted to help us sale our home but felt they were pushy and only focused on their commissionEven though we were selling our home and not really sure when or where we would buy, he was helpful in guiding us to the perfect home. He did this buy asking all the right questions of what we were looking for, and then put a list of home we should see. And after all the many homes we asked him to get us in to see one of first home we looked at was the one we picked to be our next home out of the hundreds we may have looked at.
